Plaza Regency Hotels - Sliema

Plaza regency is in a great location with fantastic views, and the staff are super helpful, especialy at breakfast. The rooftop pool is amazin and really adds to the chill vibe. Plus, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to check out! We had a spacious room that was cleaned daily. The breakfast options were decent to keep us going for the day!

But there were a few things that needed fixing like the door handles that felt a bit flimsy and the air conditioning was kinda loud at night. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for a hot drink.

The service we got was exceptional!

Room features need a serious upgrade. Some guests report poor temperature control!!!

The rooftop pool was amazing. We loved being right near the sea. We explored the nightlife in Paceville and checked out Grand Harbour, both just a short walk away. The location is perfect for grabbing food or drinks. Just something to keep in mind, the place can get noisy in the evenings, especially from the street below.

Our check-in was a bit rough because we had to wait a while due to large groups arriving at the same time. This slowed everything down and was frustrating after traveling.

Possibly the best and perfect 10/10 stay on vacation. More than adequate and warm breakfast for vegetarians, outstandingly accommodating staff.

The superior room with sea views was great for the extra bit of money. The room and bathroom was huge. And the full breakfast included made the whole deal very reasonable (but then Malta is reasonable compared to northern Eurozone countries). It's not an extremely luxurious hotel, but very comfortable and in a great location.

The Plaza was a nice place to stay. Nothing too fancy but good value for money. Pool area was well kept and the staff were very helpful.

The rooftop pool offers amazing views of Ballutta Bay! I adored my room's modern design and how it reminded me of a cozy retreat with an amazing sea-view balcony. The breakfast on the 6th floor was a game-changer with delicious options and that gorgeous backdrop-what a way to start the day!

The room was comfortable, refurbished and well designed. We had a great Buffet breakfast and the pool was lovely. It has a good location. The air-conditioning, plasma tv, refrigerator and tea facilities made the room all the more welcoming. Will stay there again definatly worth the money!

The Indoor pool with the Jacuzzi was closed which was disappointing, and the Lifts could be updated

Excellent location near the beach and central for retaurants and shops. The views from the dining room for breakfast were wonderful and the roof terrace and pool were lovely.Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The door to our bathroom stuck and the toilet was difficult to flush properly. Also a few more pegs to hang things especially in the bathroom would be useful. The breakfast was good but tomatoes with the cooked food would have been nice as well as more fruit. The music in the terrace bar in the evenings was a bit too loud.

Great location with comfy vibes

I had a pretty chill stay, the room was spacious and the bed was cozy. The view from the roof terrace was a nice bonus! The breakfast spread was decent too, but honestly, the staff could be a lil more friendly. And yeah, the windows could use some cleaning. Still, I enjoyed my time here!

Excellent medium-low budget hotel with good service and excellent location for visiting Malta. We stayed there with two small children and all went quite well. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel and the hotel is at walking distance from a couple of places to have a little swim. The sea in the bay is really not great, but good enough when it's late and you don't feel like crossing the island to Golden Bay or Mellieha. Just next door is a good Pizzeria and a couple of bars and restaurants. Most of public places are just on the other side of the bay, in St. Julian, about 15 mins walk. The restaurant within the hotel is ok and really convenient for buffet dinner. We stayed in a small apartment with sea view and the accomadation was all right and with a really lovely view. Overall, excellent solution.

Full English breakfast is rich and the price is really reasonable. The menu is really not various though. In one week it was pretty much always the same, with no pastry and/or fresh bakery, except for some cakes.

The hotel is very close to the sea. You can reach it easily from the airport using bus X2, bus stop "Exiles". Direct buses to Valetta, Bugibba, Cirkewwa and Mdina. Our room was with kitchen, very comfortable and clean. We had all kitchenware, kettle, toaster. We will stay in this hotel next time
